This map should give you a good estimate on how long it will take to receive your in stock gasket order.  Most orders received by 2pm EST ship same day.  Orders received after this time can still ship same day but we cannot guarantee it.

RETURNS

Your purchase at Green Gaskets is covered by a 30-Day 100% Guarantee.  If you aren't  satisfied with the quality of your purchase, contact our customer service department and we will do what we can to fix the problem.  If we can't fix it, we will authorize a 100% credit of your gasket's subtotal for a product exchange.

• We want you to end up with the right gasket for your unit on the first try. However if you make a measuring mistake or an incorrect profile choice on your gasket order, notify us within 30 days and we will do our best to correct it. 
• Not all parts are returnable such as custom made gaskets and strip curtains but they may be eligible for a warranty replacement. We can help you find the correct gasket and use the previous gasket's subtotal as in-store credit towards the replacement. You only pay the difference in price (if any). 
• If you simply want to return or cancel an order containing non-custom, resalable items, you may incur a restocking fee of 18% - 25% depending on the item. 
• Orders placed more than 30 days prior are not eligible for return or exchange. 
• Any returned parts without an RMA#, issued COD or freight collect will be refused.
